Terms of Service

Please review these Terms of Service carefully prior to using RoRoster. By provisioning a workspace or connecting your Roblox group, you agree to these terms.

Third-Party Independence Disclaimer

RoRoster (RoRoster.com) is an independent operational software platform. RoRoster is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. The names “Roblox” and “Discord”, as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

01.Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or deploying the RoRoster Luau SDK within a Roblox experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organization, community group, or studio entity, you represent and warrant that you hold full legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

02.Roblox Open Cloud API Key Authorization

RoRoster utilizes official Roblox Open Cloud API keys to manage group ranks, audit memberships, and execute promotions:

  • You warrant that you are the lawful owner or designated administrator of any Roblox Group ID connected to your RoRoster workspace.
  • You agree to supply API keys equipped with only the specific scopes required for platform function (Group.Roles.Write, Group.Memberships.Read).
  • RoRoster shall not be held liable for administrative group actions executed as a direct result of user-configured rules, automated ranking triggers, or compromised user API credentials.

03.Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use RoRoster for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Roblox Community Standards. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to circumvent Roblox API rate limits, authentication boundaries, or terms of service.
  • Facilitate unauthorized group takeovers, mass-demotions, wall spamming, or automated bot harassment.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying proprietary source code of the RoRoster platform.
  • Exploit the platform to harvest, store, or distribute personal identifiable information of minor players.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of RoRoster servers or networks.

04.Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Certain features of RoRoster require a paid subscription tier (e.g. Pro Group, Enterprise Network):

Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Charges are processed automatically via authorized payment processors.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your workspace billing settings. Upon cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

05.Service Availability & Modifications

While RoRoster targets 99.9% platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Services may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, updates, or third-party upstream outages (such as Roblox Web API disruptions or Cloudflare network degradations).

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of the platform with reasonable notice where feasible.

06.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoRoster, its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, group loss, Roblox Robux revenue disruptions, or goodwill damages arising out of your access or inability to access the platform.
